This 66,000 square foot brick building just five blocks from the train station will soon be redeveloped as 22,000 square feet of street-level retail space (enough for six stores), 12,000 square feet of office space and 35 residential units.

Construction closing is scheduled for late 2005, with project completion in 2007.
