Five Lafayette Square

The growing demand for office space in downtown Bridgeport has led to a proposal for a new, four-story 71,300 square foot Class A office building at Fairfield Avenue and Lafayette Circle near the center of Bridgeport’s central business district.

Plans call for a tinted glass curtain wall façade and a dramatic two-story lobby with polished granite floors.

The building will feature approximately 50,000 square feet of office space and approximately 10,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Proposed tenants include a branch bank, restaurant and retail shops. A pedestrian bridge will connect to an existing 900-car parking garage.
