Rainy Faye’s Eclectic Bookstore and Gallery

Rainy Faye’s Eclectic Bookstore and Gallery was founded in 2003 by Dr. Georgia F. Day, an assistant academic vice president at Fairfield University.

Much more than a mere bookstore, Rainy Faye’s has become downtown Bridgeport’s favorite place to gather for coffee, conversation and culture.

Live jazz, poetry readings, story telling, lectures and other hip happenings draw a diverse crowd. Art, music CDs, handcrafts, gift items and gourmet coffees and teas are available for purchase.
