A Nordic Sound Jazz Club Series Movie Night

A Nordic Sound is a Big Band Jazz Orchestra including musicians frequently in Broadway orchestras. Directed by Jens Wendelboe, an internationally acclaimed composer, arranger and trombonist who has performed or collaborated with music icons such as Donna Summer, Blood Sweat and Tears, to jazz greats Phil Woods and Bill Watrous. Each Monday night at the Bijou Theatre, A Nordic Sound will be hosting a jazz event to benefit their non-profit association. Proceeds from the Monday Night Jazz events will go towards their Talent Inspiring Talent program. Talent Inspiring Talent is to encourage talented young musicians to reach for higher performance levels by providing them with opportunities to experience top musicianship.
