He became acutely aware of the growing role that technology could play in delivering on the need for physical security, and this revelation served as the inspiration for the founding of his own company in 1989, A+ Technology & Security Solutions. Over his 30+ years in the security industry, he has started several successful high-tech companies based on a keen ability to understand the needs of his customers and the trends in the marketplace that drive business growth.
