Bridgeport $50,000 Business Plan Competition Training Session + Speed Mentoring

The Entrepreneurship Foundation presents the Bridgeport $50,000 Business Plan Competition!
Grants will be awarded for both new business concepts and for plans to expand an existing business within two stages: Venture Enterprise (scalable, capital intensive, large market) and Personal or Service Business (limited market, small cap). Additional awards for selected finalists include vouchers for 6 months at an incubator or co-working space for the price of one month at MOCO Coworking.
TRAINING and PRACTICE PITCHING: September 29 – Training Session + Speed Mentoring at MOCO, 211 State Street, 3rd Floor. Dinner provided.
Applications will be judged on the product or service, development stage, value proposition, market validation, revenue streams/cost structure, marketing and distribution channels, management team, and competitors. Training and pitch practice sessions at 6:00 p.m. on September 14th, September 26th, and October 19th! Entry Deadline on October 13th. Finalist Pitch Event on October 20, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Housatonic Community College in Events Center on second floor of Beacon Hall. QUESTIONS?
