Rebecca Goyette – Contents Within: Self-Portrait: The excitement of art making happens through sharing our stories of everyday life, from the mundane to the intimate we share the contents within. In this drawing, painting and collaging workshop, we will explore self-portraiture by drawing the bag we carry around with us and the contents within. How do the items we carry with us tell our story? What is specific to ourselves as an individual, what is universal? Drawing from life techniques and art historical references about everyday narratives will be explored in this hour and half art making workshop.
