VENDOR REGISTRATION for Bridgeport Arts Fest 2018

Bridgeport Arts Fest seeks local artists, artisans, crafters, makers and their original or up-cycled works in all mediums. Call to artists – Bridgeport Arts Festival Event time: 10am-6pm all locations (6pm-8pm limited locations only) Submission deadline: Tuesday July 10th, 2018 Vending fee: $70 The Bridgeport Arts Fest is a community celebration of local and original arts, artists, makers, and performers that happens on McLevy Green on Saturday, July 21 ( 10am – 6pm ). The Arts Fest features local and original fine art, crafts, jewelry, clothing & accessories, live music, dance, performances, demonstrations and activities. It also features local food and music. The Arts Fest is a FREE family-friendly event open to all. This annual event attracts thousands of attendees. Our last Bpt Art Fest attendance was over 3,500. Vendors enjoy the vibrant, eclectic downtown setting. The Arts Fest is organized by the Bridgeport Art Cultural Council and I luv Bridgeport. The Arts Fest prohibits illicit content. A 10 ft x 10 ft area will be reserved for each accepted vendor. The Reservation Fee is $70. Participants are responsible for their own setup and any tents, tables, and chairs needed. Windscreens are strongly encouraged. Each setup shall be contained within the reserved 10 ft x 10 ft assigned area. Participants are not required to sell items. Spaces may be reserved for exhibition, education, outreach, performance, studio and other interactive uses. If more space is desired, an adjacent space can be reserved for an additional $50. Access to electricity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must provide their own power cord (50 ft cord recommended). ______________________________________________________ We will be holding info and registration sessions.
