GBLN Cocinando y Parrandeando con Chef Michel Martinez

Join GBLN and Bridgeport’s own Chef Michel Martinez for a merry evening Cocinando y Parrandeando! Chef Michel will share his techniques and recipe for making a tasty Mofongo Relleno con Camarones a la Criolla (or chicken/pollo). *Fried, seasoned and mashed plantains with shrimp (or chicken).
Grab your coquito or favorite beverage, break out the pilon and the sarten and wear your chef hat or apron (*contest for best chef outfit!). Learn to cook this classic Latino dish with pro tips from the French Culinary Institute (NYC) trained Chef Michael LIVE via Zoom! Sing along to your favorite parranda songs with LIVE MUSIC performed while we fry, smash & sautee!
